Is Gully Royale free to play?
Yes. Gully Royale is free to download and play. There are optional in-app purchases that can speed up collecting, but they are never required.
Is it pay to win?
No. Every card, including Elite and Icon tier, can be earned through play. Spending only accelerates your collection. Squad building and match decisions decide who wins, not your wallet.
How does the Gully Pass work?
The Gully Pass runs for one calendar month. There is a free reward track everyone gets, and a paid GOLD track you can unlock for that season. Tiers are climbed by playing matches, not by paying, and there is a daily limit on how many tiers you can climb, so nobody rushes a whole season in one sitting.
Buying part-way through a month costs you nothing: every tier you have already reached unlocks straight away. Anything you earn but forget to claim is granted to you automatically when the season ends, so you cannot lose rewards by missing the last day. Day-specific rewards, like a daily pack, still need claiming that day.
It is not a subscription. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel. A pass covers the one season you bought it for.
Are there ads?
Only optional rewarded videos, and only if you choose to watch one. Every offer states its reward before you tap, skipping costs you nothing you already had, and there is a daily cap on how many you can watch. There are no banner ads, no interstitials, and nothing in the Game is locked behind watching one.
I paid for something and did not get it. What now?
First, reopen the Game while connected to the internet. Purchases that were interrupted are usually delivered automatically on the next launch, and a one-time bundle can also be restored from the marketplace screen. If it still has not arrived, email master.taherm@gmail.com with your store receipt and we will sort it out. Refunds themselves are handled by Apple or Google rather than by us.
How do I back up or restore my progress?
Sign in from the Settings screen using your Google or Apple account. Once signed in, your collection and progress are backed up to the cloud and can be restored on a new device by signing in again.
How do I delete my account and data?
Open the Game, go to Settings and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your account and cloud-saved progress and cannot be undone. You can also email us at master.taherm@gmail.com and we will process the deletion for you. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Which devices are supported?
Gully Royale targets iOS 15 and later, and Android 9 and later. Some older or low-memory devices may not be supported.
Do I need an internet connection?
Yes. Gully Royale connects to our servers to sync your progress and to keep gameplay fair and secure, so an active internet connection is required to play.
I lost progress or found a bug. What do I do?
Email master.taherm@gmail.com with your device model, app version and a short description of what happened. Screenshots help us fix things faster.
When does Gully Royale launch?
